Key Responsibilities:Construction Management & Technical OversightInterpret architectural drawings, specifications, and structural details to ensure alignment with design intent.Identify and resolve discrepancies in plans in collaboration with architects, engineers, and internal teams.Oversee material procurement and anticipate supply chain needs to mitigate delays.Evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.Maintain construction standards and proper installation methods across all trades.Vendor, Subcontractor, & Stakeholder CoordinationFoster strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors; maintain clear communication.Review and enforce subcontractor deliverables and schedules.Manage vendor performance and resolve field issues to meet project standards.Ensure coordination among trades to prevent conflicts and delays.

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Construction Manager with a minimum of 8 years in the construction industry, including demonstrated success in a Superintendent role. The ideal candidate will possess a talent for orchestrating field operations, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within financial constraints. Exceptional communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple project phases are essential.
This position is based in the southeastern United States, with a preference for candidates in the greater Tupelo, MS area. The Construction Manager will be required to be present on-site full-time at current and future TLM mill locations.
