As a Construction Manager specializing in Power Generation, you will lead and oversee project operations as the primary site manager, working collaboratively with subcontractors while serving as the vital link between construction, engineering, and our clients. This role requires an on-site presence and involves traveling across various project sites.
Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering comprehensive field leadership alongside administrative and technical oversight for the assigned projects.
- Managing a team that may consist of General Superintendents, Discipline Superintendents, Foremen, Warehouse Managers, and all operations personnel, including craft labor.
- Ensuring projects are executed safely and align with TEiC's standards, while meeting cost, scheduling, and commercial requirements to drive financial success.
- Maintaining a visible presence on-site, taking on additional responsibilities as necessary depending on project size.
- Facilitating clear communication and workflow distribution among field crews and discipline superintendents to meet project expectations.
- Collaborating closely with all TEiC support groups and utilizing resources effectively.
- Possibly traveling to the home office or corporate locations to assist with project estimates, development, and strategic initiatives.
