Key Responsibilities
As the Construction Project Executive, you will be at the forefront of managing large projects, leading project teams, and ensuring successful outcomes with all construction partners.
- You will report directly to the Director of General Contracting.
- Act as the primary representative of Roers Companies, developing and nurturing relationships with internal and external clients.
- Serve as the main client contact, managing expectations effectively.
- Guarantee consistent performance and project delivery that exceeds client expectations throughout the preconstruction and construction phases.
- Oversee all project commitments and ensure follow-through on deliverables.
- Facilitate networking opportunities for clients, including architects, engineers, brokers, and support staff.
- Participate in bid proposal kick-off meetings, managing proposal responses and leading shortlist presentations.
- Conduct post-project reviews to assess completion and lessons learned.
- Provide strategic leadership in business judgment and financial management of projects.
- Engage in project acquisition and budget development to achieve profitability objectives while addressing project-specific challenges.
- Establish milestones and assign qualified staff to meet project requirements.
