- Collaborate closely with the Senior Project Manager to oversee daily site coordination and project execution, which includes managing utilities installation, safety signoff coordination, and scope change management.
- Coordinate tool installations and facility upgrades, focusing on capacity enhancements and utility distribution, along with necessary building retrofits and construction efforts.
- Possess a solid understanding of the technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methodologies, and disciplines related to assigned projects, applying this knowledge to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
- Facilitate conflict resolution within and across projects or functional areas as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) standards, particularly in clean room environments, and participate in incident investigations as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Architectural/Engineering (AE) teams, General Contractors (GC), third-party Quality Assurance Quality Control (QAQC), and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Procurement, to effectively deliver solutions.
- Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing quality, scheduling, value engineering, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Lead and/or participate in regular project meetings and site inspections, including Project Reviews, Design Reviews, Safety Walks, and Site Assessments with team members and contractors.
- Promote a culture of safety and care across all business environments, from planning through construction execution.
