Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Participate in jobsite pre-task meetings and engage with jobsite supervision to identify critical tasks requiring detailed work plans, including but not limited to fall protection, excavation, confined space entry, and crane pick plans.Monitor and ensure adherence to critical work plan activities.Collaborate with General Contractors and site safety personnel to guarantee our operations meet their standards, conducting site walkthroughs when safety personnel are available and following up on outstanding safety items.Conduct jobsite inspections, review safety documentation, and verify that pre-task plans align with daily operations to ensure compliance. Interview employees to assess training adequacy and confirm the availability of necessary tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).Ensure that field operations comply with current OSHA regulations, Murray Company policies, and the specific rules set forth by contracts with owners or General Contractors.Assist in training initiatives to ensure all site employees receive the necessary training, discussing future training needs with the project team.

The Construction Safety Manager will be responsible for devising, implementing, and overseeing safety protocols across project sites, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, as well as corporate policies.
