Turner & Townsend is seeking a dedicated Construction Scheduler to enhance our team and deliver exceptional scheduling services to our clients. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of project control functions and will be primarily responsible for effectively updating and maintaining the construction schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize various sources of schedule inputs and performance data into a comprehensive master schedule platform, providing project/program status reports as necessary.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
- Demonstrate tenacity and initiative to add value and develop solutions.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the project team.
- Implement strategic project planning & scheduling strategies, plans, and procedures, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and expectations for both company and contractors.
- Promote and ensure the overall integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the suite of project schedules.
- Facilitate quality assurance and interface with project functional groups and contractors regarding schedule performance tracking and reporting.
- Support the project team in the execution of an integrated enterprise-wide cross-functional and EPC master schedule program.
- Prepare detailed staffing, engineering, and construction progress reports as well as customized reports.
- Conduct critical path analysis to evaluate project timelines.
- Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules and contractor schedules. SOX control responsibilities may apply where applicable.
