A Construction Site Manager - Accountant for the project of the Northern Road Axis of Crete
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the collection and classification of sub-contractor agreements as well as invoices from suppliers, ensuring the accuracy of all documentation.
- Prepare consolidated reports of documentation.
- Verify and enter the documentation of the construction site.
- Gather and verify hiring documentation for personnel.
- Manage the ERGANI System and submit relevant employment declaration forms.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources Department on payroll and personnel monitoring issues.
- Work with the Central Accounting Department, other company sites, and external entities to organize and execute project operations.
- Ensure proper management and archiving of documents.
- Prepare and compile accounting reports.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Economics / Accounting from a recognized institution.
- At least 10 years of previous experience in an organized accounting department or construction site accounting.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong competency in MS Office applications.
