Mission Context
This role is part of a portfolio of projects focused on the development, evolution, and maintenance of digital services aimed at citizens and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
Oversee operational management of projects and application maintenance.
Update tracking tools (JIRA, planning, risks, reporting).
Coordinate with various stakeholders (IT teams, business units, communication, etc.).
Organize and lead steering committees.
Monitor incidents, risks, and deviations (planning, budget, scope).
Document meeting minutes and ensure traceability of decisions.
2. Business Analysis & Functional Framing
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
Gather and formalize business requirements.
Draft detailed functional specifications.
Design and maintain mock-ups (UI).
Define application flows and messages (incoming/outgoing).
3. Quality Assurance & Testing
Establish testing strategies and plans.
Participate in multi-environment testing execution.
Support users during acceptance testing phases.
Ensure the quality of deliverables and applications.
Mission Conditions
Position based in Luxembourg.
Option for partial remote work (2 days/week).
High confidentiality requirements and adherence to security standards.
