Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess strong initiative, collaboration skills, and the ability to communicate effectively while taking responsibility for the challenges you face.A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering is required along with several years of professional experience in a technology-related role, particularly in defence or related sectors. You should also have extensive experience with the lifecycle processes of systems, including requirements management, verification, and ILS. As most of our clients are within the Swedish defence industry and governmental agencies, proficiency in both Swedish and English is essential.Depending on the assignment, work may be performed from the office or at the client’s site. Travel may be required.Locations available: Stockholm/Solna, Enköping, Uppsala, Malmö, Skövde, and Arboga.
