Qualifications
We seek individuals with passion and a commitment to success! Previous consulting experience is an asset, but your attitude is key. To excel as a consultant with us, you should possess strong initiative, collaboration skills, and effective communication abilities to tackle challenges.We require a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and at least several years of professional experience in a technology-related role within defence or related fields. You should have extensive experience in systems lifecycle processes, including requirements management and verification, as well as ILS. Since most of our clients are part of the Swedish defence industry and government, proficiency in both Swedish and English is essential.Depending on the assignment, work may be conducted either from the office or at client sites, with potential travel required.Locations: Stockholm/Solna, Enköping, Uppsala, Malmö, Skövde, and Arboga.
