Qualifications
We seek candidates who are passionate and driven to succeed! Previous consulting experience is an asset, but your attitude is paramount. To thrive as a consultant with us, you must possess strong initiative, collaboration skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and take responsibility for the challenges you face.We expect you to hold at least a Bachelor's degree in engineering and have several years of professional experience in a technical role related to defence or defence-adjacent fields. You should also have extensive work experience focusing on system lifecycle processes, including requirement management and verification, as well as ILS. Given that most of our clients are within the Swedish defence industry and governmental agencies, proficiency in both Swedish and English is essential.Depending on the assignment, work may be performed either from the office or on-site with clients. Travel may be required.Locations: Stockholm/Solna, Enköping, Uppsala, Malmö, Skövde, and Arboga.
