Job Summary:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Consultant Partnerships Manager to join our strategy team. In this pivotal role, you will support our sales and RFP teams by managing and nurturing relationships within the pharmacy consulting community. You will educate consultants on our unique value proposition and differentiators, while also developing strong partnerships that accurately assess our market value. Collaboration is key, as you will work cross-functionally to promote and deliver the SmithRx solution effectively. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining playbooks for key consultant partners and create necessary collateral to streamline our processes. Flexibility and adaptability are essential as SmithRx continues to grow and expand across the United States.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in healthcare and pharmacy benefits consulting, relationship management, and program management, with experience in delivering presentations both internally and externally. This position reports directly to the Director of Consultant Partnerships.
