TransPerfect is excited to announce an opening for a Content Marketing Lead who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our marketing performance through innovative content strategies and execution. This position is key to generating awareness, leads, and a robust pipeline across our global portfolio of solutions and industries.
The successful candidate will not only develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy supporting campaigns, product launches, vertical initiatives, and digital performance channels—focusing heavily on SEO, SEM, paid media, and PR/media syndication—but also contribute to establishing the content marketing framework throughout the organization. You will create standards, frameworks, and mentor content creators across diverse product lines and geographical areas.
We are looking for a candidate who is not only hands-on but also strategic and collaborative. You should be able to comprehend business objectives across various divisions and translate those into impactful content that drives measurable results in lead generation, digital visibility, and sales funnel advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the content marketing strategy aimed at enhancing traffic, engagement, conversion, and pipeline through campaigns and digital channels.
- Create compelling content themes, messaging frameworks, and editorial calendars aligned with global go-to-market strategies across different sectors and product offerings.
- Construct and oversee an SEO-focused content roadmap, integrating keyword research, buyer intent, and performance metrics from demand generation and digital teams.
- Write and edit various content types, including product collateral, SEO blogs, landing pages, nurture flows, gated content, and video scripts.
- Oversee or direct content production for webinars, virtual events, digital campaigns, and paid advertising placements.
- Collaborate on the creation of sales enablement materials such as e-brochures, one-pagers, and pitch decks.
- Utilize analytics to monitor performance metrics (organic traffic, content engagement, lead volume, MQL/SAL quality) and continuously enhance the content strategy.
- Facilitate content syndication and distribution of thought leadership through earned and paid media outlets, newsletters, and partner networks.
- Guide and mentor junior writers, marketing team members, and cross-functional marketers in content strategy, SEO alignment, and narrative development for campaigns.
- Establish scalable templates, writing standards, and editorial processes to ensure quality and efficiency across regions and business units.
- Act as a liaison between product marketing, campaign managers, digital teams, and SEO/SEM teams to ensure content remains aligned and optimized.
