WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and execute a comprehensive content strategy to drive growth marketing and demand generation initiatives across the entire marketing funnel.
- Collaborate effectively with Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, and Communications teams to convert campaign priorities into high-impact content assets.
- Design and manage multi-channel content initiatives, including paid media content, landing pages, email nurture sequences, case studies, sales enablement tools, webinars, and thought leadership pieces.
- Create and oversee the production of persuasive, conversion-driven content that is optimized for performance and experimentation.
- Maintain an editorial calendar that aligns with growth objectives and revenue milestones.
- Utilize performance analytics to continuously test, refine, and enhance messaging, formats, and distribution channels.
- Ensure a cohesive brand voice and messaging across all demand generation interactions.
- Support SEO-oriented growth strategies in partnership with the organic/SEO team.
- Monitor and report on content performance, pipeline contributions, and return on investment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on demand generation or growth marketing within a B2B context.
- Demonstrated success in creating content that generates measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Exceptional writing and editing capabilities, with the adaptability to modify tone for various channels and audience segments.
- Thorough understanding of full-funnel marketing and the role of content at each stage.
- Experience working collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Proficient in Asana, GSuite, Slack, Content Management Systems (e.g., Sanity), and AI tools.
- Meticulous attention to detail, prioritizing quality over speed or volume.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
