As we embark on a significant growth phase in 2026, we are expanding our content production capabilities. We are in search of a dependable and operations-oriented Content Marketing Specialist to optimize, scale, and accelerate our content initiatives across various channels.
About the Role
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for transforming our comprehensive content strategy into a consistent output of effective, brand-aligned materials. Collaborating closely with the Content Marketing Manager, you'll convert strategic insights and detailed guidelines into high-quality, publish-ready content. Additionally, you'll oversee content workflows, manage content repositories, and facilitate seamless collaboration within the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Production (40%)
Develop new long-form content including themed blogs, educational series on products, insightful reports, white papers, and foundational pillar pages that align with strategic content themes.
Research relevant industry topics (pet grooming, boarding/daycare, SMB operations, customer experience, multi-location management, etc.) and distill findings into clear, actionable content.
Assist in creating content templates and style guides to enhance future content production processes.
Experiment with new content formats (framework graphics, checklists, toolkits, templates, scripts, etc.) based on provided directions.
Content Marketing (40%)
Repurpose long-form content (case studies, webinars, reports) into shorter deliverables (social media posts, email snippets, paid advertising scripts, etc.).
Generate content based on established templates and frameworks.
Optimize all content for SEO following predefined checklists and best practices.
Oversee content scheduling, publication, and cross-channel distribution.
Marketing Operations & Data Tracking (20%)
Manage and track marketing data to ensure the effectiveness of content initiatives.
