The Role

Your expertise in WordPress, schema implementation, internal linking, social media scheduling, and Search Console will ensure seamless content delivery. Without your expertise, our extensive network cannot be launched effectively.
This position is not focused on content creation; rather, it is a vital systems and execution role requiring a meticulous individual who is technically adept with modern publishing tools and takes ownership of ensuring that content is published accurately and punctually.
What You Will Own
- Publishing content across all 5W-owned properties and our media network on schedule, ensuring daily output.
- Managing WordPress back-ends including plugins, updates, user permissions, and security protocols.
- Implementing schema and structured data on each post using provided templates.
- Overseeing image upload, formatting, alt text, and compression for optimized page speed.
- Facilitating internal linking, ensuring every piece is linked to relevant practice pages on 5W's website.
- Coordinating social media scheduling with the social media team.
- Submitting content to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools post-publication.
- Generating sitemaps, monitoring broken links, managing redirects, and handling 404 errors across all platforms.
What You Need
- 3–5 years of experience in content operations, WordPress management, or digital publishing.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Technical fluency in modern publishing tools and practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
