Join our dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) Contracts Team as a Contract Administrator II. In this pivotal role, you will manage procurement activities crucial for the selection of general contractors and professional service providers. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Collaborating with project management teams at both PMO and College locations to develop comprehensive procurement packages.
- Overseeing competitive bidding and selection processes for construction and professional services, ensuring meticulous preparation of procurement documents and related materials.
- Facilitating the pre-qualification processes for various service firms, including leading instructional meetings, reviewing qualifications, and coordinating evaluations.
- Maintaining strict adherence to policies and procedures while reporting, tracking, and ensuring quality control for assigned procurement processes.
- Managing multiple concurrent procurement processes and stakeholder interactions, while demonstrating a commitment to detail and compliance under audit scrutiny.
- This administrative role is office-based, with no hybrid or remote work opportunities available.
