ROLE OVERVIEW
As a skilled Data Architect, you will focus on customer-centric data modeling and play a pivotal role in our Data Architecture team. Collaborating with enterprise clients and Adobe consultants, you will leverage Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to unify disparate customer data and enhance marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities include data discovery, designing robust data schemas (Relational, Dimensional, Big Data), ensuring data ingestion readiness, and creating complex SQL queries for customer segmentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- PROJECT TEAM: Collaborate with the Adobe project team and clients to document requirements for the Adobe platform solution.
- DATA DISCOVERY: Partner with Enterprise Architects and Digital Strategists to review systems and business processes for data discovery.
- DATA SCHEMA DESIGN: Analyze disparate customer data sources (sales, CRM, analytics) to develop a unified data model for digital marketing.
- PLATFORM SETUP: Configure the Adobe platform data lake and real-time customer profiles for data ingestion and activation. Utilize REST APIs, POSTMAN, and basic scripting for setup automation.
- DATA INGESTION: Validate schema designs by loading sample data and coordinate with Data Engineers for the final import of customer data.
- SEGMENTATION: Construct, test, and schedule customer segments for marketing activation.
