As a contracted Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care. This position requires proficiency in diagnostic assessments, family engagement, ethical practice, and a commitment to continuous improvement to uphold the highest standards of patient care.
You will conduct 30-minute live video intake sessions and regular follow-up appointments, providing evidence-based treatment. Your responsibilities will include performing psychiatric evaluations and medication management. Lyra facilitates easy referrals for patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services that complement your care approach.
You will serve children, teenagers, and young adults from diverse backgrounds with varying needs and abilities. We are dedicated to meeting their unique requirements through culturally-responsive care, which acknowledges the influence of cultural background on each individual's healthcare experience.
