Qualifications
What You Need to Succeed
Strong understanding of interaction design patterns
Proficient in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using design tools like Figma
Knowledge of accessibility standards in UX design
Familiarity with UX research methodologies and processes
Capability to contribute to and work within a design system to ensure quality and consistency
Understanding of data visualization principles and insights
A collaborative spirit to work alongside product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
What You Bring to the Table
1-3 years of experience in a role related to user interface (UI) design, interaction design, or user research within SaaS/Product companies
Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline
Proven ability in designing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Experience conducting user research through testing, interviews, and surveys
Knowledge in data visualization, observability, and web operations is a plus
Curiosity about AI, including designing AI-driven features or utilizing AI tools in your design workflow, is a plus

The Role
Pantheon is on the lookout for a temporary Contract Product Designer (4–6 months, part-time) to join our Product Design team and contribute to a variety of exciting projects. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to research, design, test, and launch innovative experiences for our customer base. Specifically, your focus will be on supporting our New Customer Experience team and Reporting team, among other potential projects.
