About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to enhance our hiring endeavors. You will manage the complete recruiting lifecycle from candidate sourcing and screening to successful offer acceptance, ensuring an excellent candidate journey. This is an in-office role, requiring attendance five days a week.

In our compact and agile People Operations team, we are seeking additional support for sourcing to broaden our talent pool and strengthen our hiring capacity. We aim to bring on board a Contract Recruiter with a strong generalist background, especially in technology, sales, and leadership roles across our US offices in New York, Salt Lake City, and San Francisco. Your contributions will be fundamental to our growth as we strive to attract top-tier talent across the organization.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Proactively identify and engage exceptional candidates for operational roles at our Salt Lake City office, focusing on specialized areas such as fraud, compliance, and financial operations.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of both passive and active candidates that align with our hiring objectives.
Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and People Operations to fully understand hiring requirements and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
Leverage data and market insights to refine outreach strategies and boost sourcing effectiveness.
Innovate sourcing techniques by utilizing creative strategies beyond traditional platforms.
Maintain and update candidate records within our ATS and sourcing systems.
Requirements:
Proven track record of successfully sourcing for challenging, niche positions in operational or risk/compliance domains.
Strong familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Gem, etc.) and CRM/ATS systems.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and responsive, with a strong sense of urgency.
Self-driven, independent, and resourceful—able to take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine passion for talent acquisition and a deep belief in the impact of great hires.
