As we continue to expand, we seek a motivated Contract Talent Partner to enhance our HR operations and elevate the candidate and employee experience.
Your Role
As a pivotal Contract Talent Partner, you will take charge of the complete recruitment cycle for our hourly contract teams. Your mission is to ensure that we scale efficiently while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, working collaboratively with hiring managers to identify top talent and expedite the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle recruiting for our hourly contractor workforce.
- Conduct daily high-volume phone and video interviews to qualify candidates for various hourly roles.
- Represent Avride with enthusiasm, guiding candidates smoothly through the hiring process.
- Manage recruiting logistics, including scheduling interviews, preparing candidates, and maintaining candidate engagement.
- Initiate background checks and other pre-employment processes.
- Coordinate job offers and start dates with new hires.
- Lead and participate in hiring events, networking opportunities, and career fairs.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to achieve corporate hiring goals.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of recruiting or staffing experience in an agency or in-house setting.
- Experience with high-volume hiring, particularly in operations, driving, warehousing, trades, and support roles.
- Proven ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and responsiveness.
- Highly organized and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable engaging in phone conversations throughout the day.
- Ability to quickly understand Avride's value proposition and present it compellingly to candidates.
- Familiarity with ATS or agency CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse) and platforms like Slack and Google Workspace.
- General knowledge of HR practices and employment law compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- A strong interest in autonomous vehicles and technology.
- Understanding of local labor laws and background check processes.
- Experience leading recruitment initiatives in the tech or mobility sectors.
