The Sonatype Legal team is a dynamic group of five professionals playing a vital cross-functional role within the company. We assist in various areas including the negotiation of customer and vendor transactions, supporting development and marketing teams with new product rollouts, managing data privacy, and collaborating with Human Resources on employment-related matters.
Overview of Role:
This is your chance to collaborate closely with a US-based legal team, gaining valuable exposure to US commercial contracting and corporate compliance practices. As a Contracts Administrator, you will be an integral member of the Sonatype Legal team, providing essential support and enhancing the team's core functions. You will engage with various teams across Sonatype, and we envision this role as an opportunity for you to cultivate your legal, operational, and project management skills. As you grow in knowledge and experience, we anticipate you taking on increased responsibilities within the team. Notably, you will be the first team member from Colombia to join the Legal Team.
