Your Expected Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial operations for a thriving $30 million electrical contracting firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Manage essential accounting functions including general ledger management, payroll processing, and job cost accounting.
Compile accurate financial reports such as work in progress and percentage of completion reports.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
Ensure adherence to GAAP, tax regulations, and construction accounting standards.
Act as the primary liaison for external CPAs, banks, and bonding agents.
Provide financial insights to leadership and project managers to enable informed strategic decisions.
Identify and implement enhancements to reporting systems and profitability tracking.
Lead, mentor, and nurture the internal accounting team to achieve excellence.
