Your Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial activities for a $30 million electrical contracting firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Manage accounting tasks including general ledger, job cost accounting, and payroll.
Generate detailed financial reports, including work in progress and percentage of completion reports.
Develop and track budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
Ensure adherence to GAAP, tax regulations, and financial standards specific to the construction industry.
Act as the primary liaison for external CPAs, banks, and bonding agents.
Provide valuable financial insights to project managers and leadership for informed decision-making.
Identify and implement improvements in reporting processes to increase profitability.
Lead, mentor, and cultivate the development of the internal accounting team.
