Position Focus
The Conversational AI & Agentic Support Automation Intern will enhance customer support frameworks utilizing AI within Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud. The intern will implement Agentforce as an intelligence layer supporting the existing chatbot, leveraging Coveo's generative AI to enable advanced, action-oriented customer support features. Customers will manage cases directly within the chat, including viewing, checking status, escalating, and commenting. Develop AI-driven functionalities such as case summarization, suggested replies, and knowledge article recommendations, while creating dashboards to analyze case trends, identify recurring issues, and flag high-risk accounts. The aim is to improve efficiency, minimize manual tasks, and deliver an intuitive support experience.
Capstone Project Overview
The capstone project will focus on integrating Agentforce into the Customer Community, transforming the current chatbot into a smarter support tool.
