- Collaborate with Culinary Leadership to review daily events and reservations, ensuring food items are prepared promptly and meet Fairmont’s exceptional standards of quality and efficiency.
- Skillfully execute food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation, delivering a world-class culinary experience that exceeds guest expectations.
- Maintain a pristine and organized kitchen environment, strictly adhering to all food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Oversee proper rotation and storage of products across all chillers to minimize waste and spoilage.
- Safely handle, store, prepare, and serve all food products, in strict accordance with Fairmont Waterfront’s guidelines and Food Safety standards.
- Fulfill all Environmental Health Consultancy (EHC) standards daily, including completing temperature logs, labeling and dating items, and ensuring cleanliness in food storage areas.
