Cook Level C - Cretan Village
Location: Crete
Employment Type: Seasonal/Full-time

Objective
As a Cook Level C, you will work closely with the Head Chef and your department supervisors to execute and prepare the menu in accordance with the recipes and operational standards set by the Group.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the daily production of your department's menu, adhering to the operational standards and recipes of the Group.
- Collaborate with the team and your direct supervisor to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of issues.
- Promptly inform your supervisor of any problems or shortages of materials at your station.
- Adhere to the required ISO procedures and ensure proper application of hygiene and safety rules in your area, according to the Group's operational standards.
Requirements
- Culinary Degree
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel environment
- Knowledge and adherence to all hygiene and safety regulations
