Your Responsibilities:
Cooks:
- Adhere to safety and health policies, ensuring compliance with outlined procedures.
- Maintain a safety-first approach in all tasks.
- Follow standard operating procedures for daily kitchen operations.
- Uphold hygiene standards through meticulous cleaning practices.
- Assist with kitchen cleaning and dishwashing as needed.
Chefs:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, achieving business objectives and service excellence.
- Prepare and serve high-quality meals consistently and timely.
- Enhance menu offerings to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP regulations.
- Manage stock and inventory efficiently.
- Lead the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and training-oriented environment.
- Review and implement menu changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
