The Coordinator of Audience Acquisition & Growth plays a vital role in providing administrative and operational support to the NBC Entertainment marketing team. Reporting directly to both the Senior Vice President of Content Marketing & Audience Growth and the Vice President of Brand & Social Marketing, this position ensures efficient daily operations and assists in various campaign initiatives for leading NBC Entertainment brands, such as Bravo, NBC, and Peacock. Additionally, this role is instrumental in managing financial workflows and logistical processes for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to two executives, including the management of complex calendars, meeting scheduling, and coordination of room and A/V requirements.
- Facilitate domestic travel arrangements, manage itineraries, and process travel and entertainment expenses along with monthly expense reports.
- Oversee general office requirements, including facilities requests, supply management, mail and shipping coordination, and upkeep of internal distribution lists.
- Assist with team financial tasks, which include updating budget trackers, submitting invoices, and managing vendor setups and changes.
- Maintain team out-of-office calendars and provide on-site support for meetings, shoots, and special events.
- Engage in cross-functional projects and offer backup assistance for other coordinators as necessary.
