Position Overview: Copy Chief (DTC/eCommerce) — 100% Remote

Your Role
As a Copy Chief, you will take charge of maintaining and elevating the quality of our copy across our Direct to Consumer (DTC) and eCommerce brands. You understand the frustration of subpar content going live and will ensure the production of compelling copy that captivates audiences. Your expertise will be key to transforming our narrative and elevating the industry standard.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and scale persuasive marketing narratives for both new and established products, impacting various channels such as paid media, email/SMS campaigns, landing pages, web content, funnels, scripts, and packaging. Your words will resonate across the nation, guiding individuals on their journey to better health.
Oversee Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) for copy: generate hypotheses, orchestrate testing, collaborate with growth, design, and analytics teams, and implement strategies that enhance Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Conversion Rates (CVR), Average Order Value (AOV), Lifetime Value (LTV), Click-Through Rates (CTR), and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Recruit, assign, and manage the workload of in-house and freelance writers; establish streamlined processes for briefing, drafting, editing, and quality assurance. You will have full support in creating a robust framework that empowers your team to excel.
