Qualifications
What You Should Bring:* Several years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or project management related to technological process changes;* Familiarity with HR tools such as the Cornerstone suite or other HRIS solutions (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SkyHive, EdCast, TalentSoft, Personio, SageHR, Rexx, ADP Suite, BambooHR, Dayforce, UKG);* A solid understanding of HR processes including learning, recruitment, performance management, and compensation;* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and German;* Proficiency in additional languages (French is a significant advantage);* A quick learning ability!

Interface Management:
You will serve as a critical bridge between HR and IT, guiding our clients through their digital transformation journey.
Knowledge Sharing and Professional Development:
Stay abreast of the latest trends in HR and HRIS, sharing insights with your team and supporting your colleagues in their professional growth.
