The Customer Success team comprises our Product Specialists and Account Managers who are dedicated to providing strategic support to a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 1000 companies to leading financial institutions. Our team acts as trusted partners, focusing on delivering value through our products and ensuring clients have access to the data they need for informed decision-making. We are committed to customer retention and maximizing product utilization while collaborating with the sales team to uncover growth opportunities.
About the Role:
The Corporate Account Manager will cultivate robust relationships with customers and key stakeholders to both retain and expand our client base. As the primary contact for clients, you will handle inquiries, engage proactively, provide relationship updates, and lead renewal discussions. Collaborating closely with Account Executives, you will work across our Consulting vertical to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
