In this role, you will lead the Corporate Commercial team for Deliveroo for Work in Italy, reporting directly to the Head of Deliveroo for Work for Europe. Collaborating closely with our teams in France and Belgium, you will be at the forefront of our strategic initiatives.
This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for commercial growth, capable of managing a small, dynamic team and leveraging data insights to drive success. You will operate under a hybrid work model, spending at least three days a week in our Milan office.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead cross-functional collaborations within and outside the DfW team to optimize growth and drive global initiatives. Model exemplary behaviors while guiding your team in achieving shared objectives. Partner closely with Business Development Managers to onboard new clients and Account Managers to nurture enduring client relationships in Italy.
Team Management: Oversee a team of 2 Account Managers and 2 Business Development Managers, fostering an inclusive culture and establishing a robust performance management framework.
Strategic Development: Collaborate with the EU DfW leadership to refine our strategy across Deliveroo for Work, playing an integral role in shaping the servicing strategy for our existing client portfolio.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with Product, Legal, and Marketing teams to prioritize requests that align with market demands and facilitate the smooth implementation of new features for your portfolio.
