Key Responsibilities:Event Planning & Execution:Lead the planning and execution of Parloa’s corporate events, conferences, trade shows, and internal meetings.Oversee logistics, branding, vendor selection, venue arrangements, registration, and onsite execution to guarantee smooth operations.Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and conduct post-event reconciliations to optimize costs and outcomes.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and BDE teams to ensure event planning aligns with business objectives.Partner with segment marketing teams and external stakeholders to support high-impact event activations.

Your mission is to create engaging experiences that make a significant business impact. This position involves planning and managing high-profile events, including our annual customer conference, Wave, roadshows, and important internal milestones such as Company Kickoff and Presidents’ Club, along with support for select trade shows and industry conferences.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of event planning, project management expertise, and meticulous attention to detail. You'll ensure seamless execution from logistics and branding to onsite coordination. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and BDE teams to align event plans with overarching business objectives, ultimately generating and accelerating our pipeline.
