We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Paralegal/Contract Specialist to join our in-house commercial team at Twoconnect, a prominent international organization in the mining and construction sectors. This fully remote role offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive legal and contract administration support, focusing on commercial agreements, contract management processes, and compliance documentation.
This position is ideally suited for a legally trained professional with robust contract drafting experience, capable of thriving in a commercial environment while effectively supporting stakeholders based in Australia. We will provide structured training to ensure you achieve proficiency within the first six months.
Core Responsibilities
- Contract Drafting & Review: Draft, review, and manage various commercial contracts and related documentation; handle NDAs and confidentiality agreements; assist with contract approvals, variations, and document control; review legal notices and correspondence from external law firms.
- Contract Administration & Compliance: Facilitate contract management processes for mining and construction projects; maintain accurate and compliant contract registers and documentation systems; contribute to the enhancement of internal contract workflows and compliance processes.
- Stakeholder Coordination & Support: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and timely processing; provide clerical and administrative legal support to the commercial team; perform additional duties as assigned.
