Your Responsibilities:
Act as the face of KION alongside your colleagues, ensuring a professional and positive first impression for candidates;
Manage the entire recruitment process from the job vacancy creation to the onboarding of new colleagues;
Engage proactively with colleagues, managers, and external partners to facilitate optimal candidate matches;
Stay informed about labor market trends and translate them into strategies for attracting and retaining talent;
Continuously identify improvement opportunities and translate these into actionable steps;
Experiment with innovative recruitment methods and strategically utilize various media;
Contribute to recruitment challenges and collaborate on enhancements within KION.
About KION:
KION is the leading childcare provider in Nijmegen and its surrounding areas, operating 191 daycare centers, toddler groups, and after-school care across 93 locations. With a dedicated team of around 1500 colleagues, we strive daily to provide children with the space to discover and develop their talents. As a recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in this mission!
You will work at KION’s Service Bureau, where the support services are based, ensuring the childcare locations can effectively deliver their services.
The Team:
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be part of a professional and committed recruitment team within the HR department. Together, you will be responsible for providing optimal recruitment services to KION managers and candidates. This involves close collaboration with managers at childcare locations, the Service Bureau, the HR advisory team, personnel administration, the internship office, and the labor market communication advisor. The team is led by the HR team manager.
What We Offer:
A challenging, responsible, and varied role with room for your own initiative;
A one-year contract for 32 hours per week, with the intent to extend to a permanent position;
A competitive salary within scale 8 of the childcare collective agreement ranging from €3,261 to €4,456 based on a 36-hour work week;
