Qualifications
What you’ll achieve:
Lead initiatives across critical security domains, including Endpoint Security, SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance, and data-loss prevention.
Work closely with IT, engineering, and business stakeholders to integrate security tools, policies, and processes into corporate systems and workflows, enabling secure-by-design implementations.
Design and develop automation scripts and tools to enhance security workflows, gather actionable metrics, and implement security policies at scale.
Contribute to our Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and insider risk programs.
Collaborate with our Incident Manager, providing subject matter expertise for incident responses.
About you:
4+ years of experience in Corporate Security or IT Security.
Proficient in IAM, endpoint security, and cloud security architectures.
Solid understanding of security concepts, including zero trust architecture, threat modeling, security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001), and CIS Controls.
Familiarity with cloud security principles for effective collaboration with IT/ET on infrastructure hardening and configuration.
Some experience in scripting languages, particularly Python.
Experience with tools such as Okta, Google Workspace, osQuery, and EDR solutions.
A demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, alongside a willingness to learn and apply them to improve productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.

We work collaboratively with various teams across the organization to nurture a security-first culture throughout our products and operations.
This position is based in our Warsaw office with a hybrid work schedule—with in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
We provide a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland.
