Your Key Contributions
- Cost Estimation: Diligently analyze project specifications and drawings to ascertain the total project cost, and prepare comprehensive cost estimates in close collaboration with the project team.
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Cost Tracking: Monitor actual spending against budget forecasts, analyze cost ledgers, pinpoint cost variances, and propose corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
- Reporting: Compile project cost reports and present them to project management and stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather data, validate project progress, and implement cost control measures effectively.
- Cost-Saving Initiatives: Identify and recommend cost-saving strategies and best practices to enhance project profitability and operational efficiency.
- Risk Assessment: Collaborate with the planning team to evaluate risks and opportunities associated with projects.
