Your Role:
- Oversee and document all goods deliveries to maintain precise inventory records.
- Input R&B costs into the General Ledger System accurately.
- Ensure compliance with cost control procedures; develop new procedures as needed.
- Regularly update costings to reflect current data.
- Conduct audits on R&B revenue and costs.
- Examine purchasing procedures for all R&B items to enhance efficiency.
- Guarantee adherence to documentation and authorization processes.
- Manage the processing of R&B accruals.
- Monitor R&B inventories to improve turnover rates.
- Engage in month-end reporting related to R&B stock and other pertinent tasks.
- Perform weekly stock takes and assess potential improvements.
