Role Overview
We are in search of an entrepreneurial Country Manager for Spain to spearhead and amplify our consumer lending operations in the Spanish market. This position entails full accountability for the business’s economic performance, integrating commercial growth strategies, partnerships, customer journey enhancements, and credit risk management.
You will be tasked with accelerating customer acquisition through both new and existing distribution partners, continuously optimizing conversion rates and unit economics, while ensuring the robustness and performance of our loan portfolio.
This is a proactive leadership position ideal for an individual who excels in fast-paced growth environments and is adept at operating at both the strategic and execution levels.
Your Responsibilities:
Market & Growth Ownership
Oversee the overall performance of our Spanish consumer lending business, focusing on growth metrics, unit margins, and portfolio quality.
Develop and execute a country-specific strategy that aligns with broader organizational objectives.
Serve as the senior market representative both internally and externally.
Partnerships & Customer Acquisition
Identify, negotiate, onboard, and manage new customer acquisition partners, prioritizing key relationships that drive growth.
