Position Overview
The Inclusion Management (IM) team is dedicated to managing the recruitment and personnel of employees with disabilities, ensuring sustainable organizational growth through diversity and inclusivity in human resources operations.
This team is responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing hiring operations, overseeing recruitment data, job matching, and improving hiring processes. Post-hire, the team supports the stability and performance of employees through effective HR operations and systems management.
Additionally, the IM team analyzes various data generated throughout the hiring and HR processes, providing logical insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
The IM team manages the entire HR cycle for employees with disabilities, encompassing recruitment, placement, HR operations, benefits, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Management of Disability Recruitment Operations
- Craft and manage job postings for disability recruitment
- Review applications and operate interview processes
- Oversee recruitment timelines and facilitate communication with relevant departments
- Compile and report on recruitment outcomes
- Assist in analyzing job requirements and drafting Job Descriptions (JDs)
- 2. Recruitment Data Analysis and Performance Management
- Manage key recruitment metrics (application rates, acceptance rates, fill rates, etc.)
- Organize recruitment result data and derive actionable insights
- Provide logical explanations and reporting on recruitment performance
- Propose data-driven improvements for recruitment efficiency
- 3. General Recruitment Operations Support
- Manage recruitment process standards
- Organize recruitment-related documentation and processes
- Support the management and operation of recruitment channels
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments
- 4. Support for HR Operations and Systems Management for Employees with Disabilities
- Assist with HR management and operations for employees with disabilities
- Support the implementation of systems ensuring job security and stability
- Review and organize HR standards and operational processes
- Assist in data organization and review for system improvements
