Job Description:
We are in search of a Brand Strategist / Brand Transformation Leader to play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, positioning, and messaging. This strategic, high-impact position emphasizes brand storytelling, creative direction, and cohesive identity alignment across all platforms, including digital, product, communication, and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead brand repositioning efforts, identity refresh initiatives, and the development of a compelling visual language.
- Create comprehensive brand frameworks, articulate tone of voice, establish messaging hierarchies, and develop brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with founders and leadership to craft powerful brand narratives.
- Oversee design and content teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across all platforms.
- Partner with HR to enhance employer branding and cultural storytelling.
- Conduct thorough brand audits, competitive analysis, and user perception research.
Key Skills:
Proficient in Brand Strategy, Rebranding, Messaging, Brand Identity, Storytelling, Creative Direction, Brand Positioning, Employer Branding, and Visual Communication.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in brand strategy, creative direction, or brand consulting.
- A robust portfolio showcasing successful rebranding or brand-building projects (preferably within tech, SaaS, or startup environments).
- Exceptional writing and storytelling capabilities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external creative partners.
- Proven ability to translate business vision into emotionally resonant brand messaging.
Education:
Preferred: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
