Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate who can:Develop and implement a creative strategy that aligns with our commercial, brand, and media objectives.Plan cohesive creative roadmaps in collaboration with Media, Go-To-Market, Marketing, PR, and other stakeholders.Create clear and actionable creative briefs for our external agencies and in-house Studio.Manage daily interactions with agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and according to brief.Lead the execution of integrated brand and performance campaigns across social, digital, and paid media channels.Oversee cross-market initiatives such as platform launches, events, and partnerships.Maintain brand identity and creative consistency across all campaign materials.Develop a measurement and testing framework to enhance creative effectiveness and provide insights-driven recommendations.You will need:A degree and over 5 years of experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, social, digital, video, influencer, and performance media.Fluency in English and either French or Dutch is essential.A robust understanding of campaign performance, creative effectiveness, and media analytics.Experience working across various geographies and cross-functional teams.Comprehensive knowledge of the advertising, social, and digital landscape, including content production and format optimization.

In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for crafting, strategizing, and executing creative campaigns across diverse channels including Above-The-Line (ATL), social media, video, digital platforms, and paid media. Your role will ensure that our campaigns not only align with our commercial objectives but also resonate with our brand ethos across various markets.
This permanent role is based in our London Kings Cross office, where hybrid work is encouraged (with a requirement to be present in the office at least 2 days a week). Occasional travel to our offices in Paris and Brussels will also be part of the role.
