At Adolescent Wellness Academy, we are on the lookout for a talented Content Creator & Social Media Manager who possesses a robust background in the medical or behavioral health fields. This pivotal role involves crafting compelling content, managing our social media presence, and weaving engaging digital narratives to enhance our brand visibility, foster community engagement, and drive lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce and distribute top-notch content several times a week.
Oversee social media platforms and enhance audience interaction.
Conduct interviews with healthcare professionals and leaders to create authentic and relatable content.
Assist in the development of email marketing campaigns, optimize SEO strategies, and create premium content assets.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine and improve content strategies.
Qualifications:
Required experience in medical or behavioral health settings.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
Demonstrated experience managing social media for healthcare organizations.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
