THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Creative Delivery Manager who excels at orchestrating complex projects, maintaining momentum, and empowering teams to execute with confidence. This role will oversee the daily execution of creative projects, ensuring clarity in tasks, realistic timelines, and alignment among teams from initiation to completion.
This position is ideal for someone adept at managing fast-paced projects and enjoys collaborating with diverse teams. You will bring structure to uncertainty, anticipate challenges, and ensure teams remain focused on clear objectives and priorities. As a trusted partner to clients and internal teams, you will translate strategies into actionable plans while maintaining focus and momentum.
Success in this role requires the ability to manage various projects, client expectations, schedules, budgets, assets, resources, and scopes with utmost organization and attention to detail. You will be hands-on in running projects while supporting larger initiatives led by delivery leadership. Achieving excellence at this level means reliable execution, effective communication, and proactive coordination that allows creative and strategy teams to concentrate on delivering exceptional work.
