About the Role
As a Graphic Designer Executive, you will play a pivotal role in visually representing the Refash brand across Malaysia and Singapore. Your creative designs will encompass a wide range of media, including social media graphics, online advertisements, and in-store promotional materials. Your contributions will be essential in engaging our customers and ensuring our brand remains distinct and appealing in both regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design captivating digital assets for social media, advertising campaigns, and email marketing tailored for the Malaysian and Singaporean markets.
- Create impactful visuals for in-store displays such as posters and signage that enhance store events and promotions.
- Efficiently adapt and resize creative assets for various digital platforms and print formats.
- Conduct basic photo editing and retouching to enhance product imagery and marketing visuals.
- Ensure strict adherence to Refash brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity across both markets.
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead and marketing teams to refine designs and adhere to campaign timelines.
- Utilize AI tools to assist with initial concept development and basic research for design projects.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within the e-commerce or fashion retail sectors.
- Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with social media formats, web graphics, and print specifications.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with regional teams.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar graphic design role (experience in fashion retail or e-commerce is advantageous).
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; a strong portfolio will be highly regarded.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Experience with AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
