About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at pavago as a Graphic Designer, where your artistic vision will help shape our clients' brand narratives. You will produce exceptional visual content across various formats, from eye-catching social media graphics to compelling sales brochures. This role demands a blend of creative flair, technical expertise, and a keen eye for brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Identity & Consistency: Develop and uphold brand guidelines, including logos, typography, color schemes, and imagery. Ensure all visual communications maintain brand integrity across platforms.
- Marketing & Campaign Design: Create engaging graphics for social media, email marketing, advertisements, and presentations. Design physical marketing materials such as brochures and flyers, collaborating with marketing teams to produce event and campaign assets.
- Digital Design: Craft web banners, landing page visuals, and digital advertisements. Tailor designs for optimal performance on various devices and platforms, providing support for website updates.
- Motion & Multimedia: As needed, create simple animations and motion graphics utilizing tools like Adobe After Effects or Canva. Edit images and video snippets to enhance campaigns.
- Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure creative consistency with messaging. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and manage multiple projects with varied timelines.
- File Management & Delivery: Prepare final design files in various formats (AI, PSD, PNG, PDF) and maintain organized libraries of templates and reusable assets.
