This role emphasizes video and photo production, and we are in search of a candidate with a robust portfolio that showcases the ability to create exceptional artwork and visuals, particularly in the realm of sports, with a strong affinity for football and an understanding of contemporary trends in design, memes, and internet culture.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and develop visually captivating content for Sporty Bet across all platforms, including banners and design assets for our applications and websites.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate creative concepts for campaigns and matches, ensuring your designs effectively captivate our audience and convey the brand's message.
- Tailor your design strategies to fit the unique requirements of various channels, optimizing your work for each platform.
- Create standout graphics for events such as football matches, ensuring clarity and visual appeal in all score updates and promotional materials.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in design and marketing strategies, ensuring our visuals remain at the forefront of industry standards and resonate with our target audience.
- Work alongside analytics and data teams to gain insights on design performance, using these insights to enhance and refine your work continuously.
Your Qualifications
- A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is required.
- Proficient in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and other relevant tools.
- A strong creative portfolio that illustrates your ability to craft compelling visuals across various marketing channels.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms and best design practices, including Google Ads, display advertising, and social media.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, as you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management abilities to juggle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
