YOUR ROLE
As a Marketing Multimedia Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping Boldr’s brand narrative through innovative multimedia, digital channels, and creative campaigns. Your expertise will enhance our marketing strategy through compelling visual storytelling, driving thought leadership, demand generation, and brand expansion.
Collaboration is key: you will partner closely with the Content Manager, Campaign Manager, and various stakeholders to ensure that all creative outputs are strategically aligned and delivered on time. Additionally, you will contribute to refining our creative production processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
This position requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Premiere Pro, along with the ability to integrate creative assets into HubSpot seamlessly.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the entire lifecycle of multimedia and digital assets, from concept development to final delivery.
- Ensure all creative works are completed on schedule for campaigns, launches, and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain brand consistency while enhancing visual quality and innovation across all outputs.
- Proactively manage creative timelines and address any dependencies or blockers.
- Ensure high-quality standards within the creative production workflow by balancing speed, quality, and optimization.
- Encourage the adoption of new creative methods and formats.
